Introduction
Rotary Tablet Press ZPS-15 is a tablet pressing machine with automatic rotation and continuous tablet pressing. It can press all kinds of granular raw materials into tablets, but not suitable for pressing semi-solid, moist powder or non-granular superfine powder. It is mainly used in pharmaceutical, chemical, ceramic, food, electronic, plastic and powder metallurgy industries.

Remarks
- The die must be strictly inspected before use. There must be no defects such as cracks, deformations, missing edges, etc. It cannot be used reluctantly to avoid damaging the machine.
- The rapping handle of the powder suction box must be rapped several times per shift, and the powder storage hopper must be cleaned in time to prevent the air flow channel from being blocked.
- There must be a certain gap between the feeder and the turntable plane. If the gap is too large, it will cause powder leakage. If the gap is too small, it will cause friction and scratch the turntable working surface.
- Materials that are not dry should not be used for tableting to avoid sticking and overpressure.
- If you encounter a jumping or blocking piece during operation, do not move it with your hands to avoid injury.
- For your safety, be sure to ground the machine reliably.
Maintenance
- Check the machine parts regularly. The inspection items are: whether the worm gear, worm, bearing, pressure wheel, upper and lower guide rails and other parts are worn. If any defects are found, they should be repaired in time.
- After one use, the remaining powder should be taken out and the residual powder in all parts of the machine should be cleaned. If it is not used for a long time, all the dies must be removed. The smooth surface of the machine parts should be coated with anti-rust oil and covered with a mask. .
- The die should be placed in the oil pool for later use to prevent it from getting rusty or bruised.
- The environment around the machine must be clean, and there must be no gray sand or flying dust.
